Hp 4050 major problems 2

Hey guys

Okay I have a 4050 in my network and lately the pages it prints have a black line going down the side or even sometime at the bottom of the page. So I took out the ink cartridge and cleaned the inside a bit and the rollers too... But after i put the ink cartridge back in it was still doing this and now leaving ink dots all over the place. So i decided to try a new cartridge in the printer and it says that the toner is low and when i try to print it prints a blank page with a little bit of ink dots.
Anyone have any idea on how I can fix this.

have you checked the fuser unit to see if it is damaged in any way - often found that print quality problems if not caused by the cartridge are caused by the fuser !

1) its toner not inkt big difference

2) did u clean inside deep too? at the little wheels where the paper rolls over on to the output bin?

If this unit has a service contract call for service.
You have loose toner in the unit,probably on the rollers and the fuser unit. DO NOT use a standard vacum to clean this unit.
