I have a HP 4050 printer with a internal JetDirect. The printer is installed on the server both as PCL 6 and Postscript. Each user adds either HP 4050(PCL 6 or Postscript)on their profile. Both were printing fine until recently. Now Excel 2000 printer selection options do not show the HP 4050 PCL 6 printer but it does show the HP 4050 Postscript option. Other Microsoft Office 2000 products show the HP 4050 PCL 6 option as being availabe.

In the JetAdmin Utility the device control panel window displays PROCESSING JOB. I have tried to purge print documents and have rebooted the printer but the display is the same.

Also we have not been able to set the PCL 6 printer as default.
