Hello I have the two printers above. The problem is when trying to print from a web type document, example a list of names and phone numbers, the bottom and top names get cut in half (you only see half of name an number). But If I print from my computer (same type) everything is fine.

Any sugguestions?

Thanks in advance

We had a similar problem printing web-related items; I spoke to an HP rep and he recommended modifying the default top and bottom margin sizes in Explorer. To try this, go to File, Page Setup. The default values for the top/bottom margins are .75" each (w/ MS Internet Explorer; that might depend on the browser you use.) Change the top one to .5" and the bottom to .25" and see if that makes a difference. You'll have to tinker w/ it to see what looks best. Once you change it, it will stay changed for all web-printing but will not affect printing from non-web programs (such as Word or Excel.) You will have to configure individually each workstation that has the problem; I determined what the ideal settings were for our network, wrote up easy-to-follow instructions and just e-mailed it company-wide. Hope that was helpful!
