HP 4000TN - Watermarks

Hi all,

I have a problem with a HP LaserJet 4000TN. I want to add in a custom watermark under printing preferences – effects and then make it available to my clients. I have added in the watermark ok but it is not available to my clients? Regarding permissions – everyone is setup with print access apart from Domain Admins who have full access.

Can anybody tell me how I make the watermark available to my clients?
