HP 4000 on NT4 wont print landscape

Has anyone got any clues on this? I am running several HP4000 n printers off my NT4 print server. Some users can print fine, some cannot print Landscape.

I have tried the remove\ uninstall driver bit.

On the printer there is a menu called "Printing menu" check if the printer is set to portrait or landscape there. Also check in the driver and the applications you use if there`s any faulty settings indicating a wrong output direction.

If some users can print Landscape fine to the printer and others cannot, I'd take a look at their NT profile as the source of the problem. You might temporarily rename their profile, have them login and inherit a default profile, then see if it prints ok for them.

Thanks for that BFOJ- but it doesn't explain why it worked one day and not th next ???
