I have an HP 3820 deskjet. i placed a new black colour and yesterday i made 10 black colour copies and then nothing. Now every time i try to do black copies an indication states that the tricolour cartridge(this is very old cartridge maybe is dry) has problem and no printings are made, just a blank page is coming out.
Any solutions??

Just because a cartridge is new, doesn't mean that it's good (especially if it is a refill or off brand).

Will the printer do a test page? Have you tried doing a nozzle cleaning routine on it? Is *anything* printing?

When you say "black colour" do you mean black, or colour?

the black colour is good because i made 10 printouts when i was installed this and take into account that it is not refill. i did directly printouts without making a test page.
Thanks
