HP 3700DN print via USB + Ethernet?

I have two seperate networks, (physically isolated for security reasons) can I print to this printer via the Ethernet port from one network computer and also to the USB or Printer port from a different computer on the second network? (Not at the same time of course)

Strange question I know.....
 
Yes, I do this regularly on several HP printers.

Most, if not all, printers that have more than one input method will let you send prints to the different connections at the same time and then either queue them internally or send a busy signal to the external printer queues attached to all ports.
