We have this machine and we use it heavily for scannning into PDFs, but since we bought it, it seems to scan slightly crooked. Does anyone else have this problem?

If printing looks ok, then you probably just need to clean the scanner glass. Check below the rollers on top of the printer in the ADF and also that there is no dirt on the rollers there as well.
