HP 3000 Volume Not Mounted 1

We have a HP 3000 969KS/220. MPE/iX C.75.0.
One of our volumes is not available. It prevents us from running some utilities. When we try to run a utility like HELP, we get the message "Volume Not Mounted". I went into VOLUTIL and ran the following:

>SHOWSET MPEXL_SYSTEM_VOLUME_SET LABELS
.
.
.
Volume Name: MPEXL_SYSTEM_VOLUME_SET:MEMBER3
*Warning: Volume Not Available

Sounds like you have a failed disk drive. Is this still an issue?
