HP 2650 HDN Fuser Kit

I recently installed a new fuser kit on a 100V HP printer.

The printer is working but there is still an error message saying there is only 2800 copies left. I made sure all connections are secure on the right and left side of the printer.

Also when I changed the fuser kit it should show show a message that said (new fuser kit) but the error msg remains.

Any way to clear\fix that? What might the problem be?

Use the service menu to change options. Sorry dont know how to get in on 2650. Try holding cancel job and select down while you power on keep holding till all lights stay on, this is on other HP printer. You should be able to select the option to change counters.
