HP 2600 stops printing

I have a Hp 2600 that is acting up. when i send a job to the printer, it starts printing but then freezes not even half way through and won't print, it just hangs. I checked the jobs in memory there were none, reset spooler,


any ideas on what is causing the problem?

Does this happen on any print job? Does it happen for all users? More info please...

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.

Yes this happens on every print job...the printer won't even print it's onw config, and there is only one user that uses this specific printer. If you need anymore info just let me know.

Can you do a factory reset on it?
