HP 24x6 won't span tapes!

We recently purchased an HP 24x6 tape library to use with ARCserve IT v6.6 on an NT4 server. I can backup to the 1st tape, but that's all.

I have managed through the device configuration and it sees the drive and changer. I created a library called MAG and assigned all 5 tapes to it (mag1, mag2, etc.). This software has never impressed me, but now it's really showing it's kluge factor!

Any suggestions?
