HP 2300 - Adding a Custom Paper Size

I am attempting to add a custom paper size (form is 8.5" wide by 7" long)
I can add it in the print server, but when I go into the HP2300 it isn't there as one of my choices to use.....

Thoughts???

if you go to the IP webpage for the printer you can get into the advanced functions of the printer.
