I assume you have tried with a new cartridge ?
To check whether it's related to the transfer roller, toner or fuser perform a halftest :
1) Load a sheet of paper into the manual feed tray and leave tray 2 and any other tray below open.
2) Press the "GO" button once.
3) When the paper has been picked and has travelled almost completely into the printer, lift the upper lid of the printer to interrupt it. You have to stop the print process before the paper reaches the user.
4) Pull out the toner cartridge.
5) Flip aside the cover of the toner cartridge and inspect the mirror image if it looks OK. If not and you have previously tried another toner, the transfer roller might be contaminated.
6) Pull out the "jammed" sheet of paper carefully and inspect it too. If defects appear the toner or the transfer roller could be damaged.
7) If no defects are visible on the paper you most likely have a worn out/defective or contaminated fuser.
Also you could ...
Try and meassure the distance between the defects from the initial occurrence and see if they match any of below:
38 mm (1.49 inches) -> Primary charge roller (toner)
42 mm (1.65 inches) -> Feed roller.
44 mm (1.73 inches) -> Registration roller
46 mm (1.81 inches) -> Transfer roller
50 mm (1.96 inches) -> Developing cylinder (toner)
63 mm (2.48 inches) -> Preassure roller
75 mm (2.95 inches) -> Fuser film
94 mm (3.70 inches) -> Photo sensitive drum (toner)
