HP 2100 wont stop printing blanks

I have a 2100 that will print nothing but blank pages when a job is submitted. It will not stop sending these pages untill it is powered down. I have checked the trouble shooting guide on HPs website and tried everything they suggested on this subject, but none of them helped.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Honestly I think you have a virus in your system. One of the latest vira, the BugBear virus is known to send garbled or blank pages to the printer as it scans the network for IP adresses. A good standalone viruskiller for free is here :
