HP 2100 PCL XL error warning courier substituted for helvectica

HELP.
HP 2100 driver installed, deleted, re-insalled.

PCL XL error Warning: Courier substituted for Helvetica.

...envelopes do not print properly
...error message follows each print sequence.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated....prontotonto

PCL XL errors are always connected to the PCL6 driver. Try the PCL5e driver instead..
