HP 2100 LaserJet Printer

The printer I have is networked and is used by many personal. At times when a print job is sent to it, the Red Attention Light flashes. Not until the Go button is pressed does the print job finish. This is an ongoing problem. Any Ideas? Thanks!

Does it only happen for certain users? Perhaps they are selecting the wrong paper tray. That's what it sounds like.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.

Happen to all users at different times. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Only one tray has paper in it.
