HP 2015 doesnt complete print job

I am having an issue where a printer that prints from Right Fax will on occasion stop printing part way through the job. Other times the print job will never start even though the information is sent and waiting.

When checking the Right Fax server in the history tab of the errored job this message appears all the time:

LPR printing failed. Check IP address and queue settings.

The port is configured with RAW protocol.
I am stumped at this time. Can anyone assist?

Hey techtobe,

Check out forum697. It's HP printer-specific and something might ring more bells with those folks.

I can offer: Have you tried more & different protocols? Have you eliminated the printer's hardware as a possible problem? (Print test sheet directly from the printer) Does restarting the Print Spooler Service (Windows) help?
