HP 2000c optional tray not detected

I have an HP 2000c color printer running off a W2K server.
All works fine but suddenly the optional tray isn't detected when printing from any PC on the network.
However, printing a test page by holding down the power button on the printer, it will pick up paper from the optional tray.
Any ideas or solutions on this?

Check the printer driver. Then install the tray in printer setup
