I keep receiving a "Magenta Ink cartridge is empty" message even though the cartridge is almost full and has not expired. If I either turn the printer off/on or remove and reseat the cartridge the message disappears. But as soon as I print one page the error light comes on and the message reappears. I replaced the cartridge with a brand new one - same problem. I replaced the print head with a brand new one - same problem. I removed and reinstalled the printer drivers - same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
