we have a 2000c here that the ink station died on us because of a broken spring guide. It just so happened to be the cyan color. I have researched and found that the cyan position in these ink stations break often. The question I have is since removing thecyan cart and placing it in another machine it reads as empty. Is there something that needs to be done because it is a brand new cart. Just wondering if maybe the cyan chip was fried or something. Any knowledge would be appreciated?
