HP 1800-24G / Web Interface

I am having an issue with the web interface on my switches. I have a total of 5 and I can only access one. The Software version is old PB.02.03 but, I can't upgrade if I can't access. Any ideas? I just took over this system so my first idea was to power cycle the switches, no telling how long they have been up.

I figured it out. I didn't have my static ip-address set correctly.
