HP 1505N Slow Printing 2nd Job

I have an HP 1505n that takes a long time to print the second job when two jobs are sent to the printer. The first job, even when completed, sits in the que long after the job has completed. The send job will not start till the fist is out of the que. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Is it for all programs? What print driver are you running? PCL5e? PCL6? If you're running PCL6 then try using PCL5e (I remember PCL6 had some weird issues).

How is the printer connected? Network? USB? Parallel cable? What operating system are you running?

We really need some more information... it's kind of like "Hey, my motorcycle doesn't run... anybody know what's wrong with it?"
