I have a networked 1320TN. Installed on Win2000. Users are on XP sp2. I need to configure the print options so that when a user wishes to print stationary it picks from tray 3. All other by default to tray 2. I have played with the Printer setting default options, and have saved different options. But unfortunately I have not secceeded to get it to work. Currently the orange light flashes. Then when the button is pressed the printer picks from tray two.

Can anyone shed some light on this problem?

Thanks.

You need to specify which tray contains which paper using the embedded web server in the printer. So tray 2 might be plain paper and tray 3 might be letterhead. In the application the user can choose to use letterhead paper and it will automatically be taken from the correct tray.
