HP 1160 does not print properly

Hi,

I am having HP 1160 printer, driver installed is HP 1160 PCL 5e. Printer is attached with a 3rd party print server. Printer is not printing properly specially documents from MS Office 2002 and from MS Office 97 it prints every thing except special characters like ;"/' etc. Any ideas...

If possible, connect the printer directly to a PC to check if the problem then goes away (i.e. eliminating (or not) the 'third party print server' as the cause of the problem).
