Is there a way to exclude files ( /etc/hosts, ..) with the recover command.
I want to script the the c: file system recover without some files like /etc/hosts.
ie recover -S ssid -s myserver

Unfortunately, this is not possible. But you can use the automatic rename option and delete such files afterwards.

Or use a directive to exclude them from backups.
