HOWTO show ER Diagramm on MS SQL Server 2005

In the management studio, open the database, and open Database Diagrams. Click yes if a popup message comes up saying that the needed tables don't exist, then create a new diagram and add in your tables.
You can also use Microsoft Visio to create a nice looking diagram without storing the diagram within the database.
