Howto remove PowerPrompt from Upfront

I created and published a PowerPrompt to Upfront and everything works fine. The PowerPrompt application and htm files were published in the same folder as the report file.

Then, I moved the PowerPrompt files to a subfolder under the "apps" folder of the report application and republished the reportset.

My problem is that the old PowerPrompt application is still listed in Upfront even though I've deleted the old PowerPrompt files.

How do I delete a PowerPrompt application from Upfront?
