Is anyone aware of a tool that will produce a report of which email addresses are in use by a set of AD Users?

Yes, I can manually examine each account, but was looking for a tool or script that would produce a text or table based report.

The situation is that I have a client that is downsizing and has also caught the "Run in the Cloud" bug, they want to switch to a Hosted Exchange Service... The chosen Service will migrate the necessary Mailboxes, but all "email aliases" must be manually set up. Since the company is actively downsizing there are users with many email addresses associated with their accounts, so running a tool to produce a report would save a bunch of time. (Not to mention that if I had a report, I could get the Hosted Service team to actually create the Aliases in the new environment...)

I apologize if this question should really be in the Server 2003 forum, but I thought I'd start here.

i would like something like this aswell - i am sure i have a peice of software before that would pull a list but no idea where this software went

i dont think it showed the mailbox sizes - also a last times accessed would of been a nice feature which i dont think it had

i will look for this software again but not sure where to look...i would of hoped mr microsoft would have something for this

CCENT, CCNA
MCP, MCSA
Comptia: Network Essentials, Security +, A+

Thanx again 58sniper...
Its a matter (apparently) of what you/I search for... "report" instead of list doesnt work as well...
I will try "list" in the "other search for a report" request I recently made...

I downloaded this VBS script... it worked Great...

For those of you who try it, it will throw a window up with all the useful info you want... You'll find you cant cut/paste this info...

But, it turns out there is also a text file generated into the root of the C: drive...

Have fun...

Thanx again 58sniper, I found the link through the Google search you seeded...
