Hi,

What is the easiest way to determine the total number of phone lines coming into a MICS system (T1 and Copper)

Thanks,

Bruce

Yep

You need a test set and jumper count for coppers and programming skills for channels/T1.

You could also ask your carrier what you are paying for.

Check your bill, and verify there is DT on each jumper attachec to the line ports

A qualified Nortel vendor should be able to come in and do a site survey - check your demarcs to see what trunks are in your system, the trunk programming, PRI programming, etc.
