How would I write a module that uses one query and two forms

I am using three different fields in this query. The first form use two of these fields. Which are called dtmBillDate (example "Jan&quotand dtmDueDate(example 1/30/02). The other field is the pkeyClubName which would be the second form. How would I write a module for this?

hmm...not exactly sure what you're trying to do here. Do you need to write a module to create the query, or do you want a module to set value of these 3 fields from a query that is already created?
