How would I make one scrollable field within a Report?

I have a list report; one column can be 4000 characters long, I would like it to be 50 with a scrollbar sliding along the bottom - if not possible, how could the report be made that would open that field into a small popup window with the entire text. Any hints or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Try using a BLOCK , and set the properties in "Size & Overflow
