How was thi image created??

Hi guys. Anyone have any idea how this was created. The images are really sharp.

Were the images created using live trace???? or using filters in photoshop. Or were they drawn from scratch.

I have a few photos that I would like to create using the same techniqiue......

Looks like they were created in AI. That's how I'd do it; easier to re-arrange & adjust.

use blurs and transparency for the shadowing

...as far as most of the individual elements go, most were created in illustrator, but i wouldn't say all of them...

...clearly layer styles in photoshop have been used, emboss and shadow for example...

...the paper texture is definitely photoshop via a layer style texture overlay...

...if you have cs3 then you can arrange elements in photoshop as smart objects, menaing they can be pull about to different sizes without them being resampled or losing the source quality...
