It is really vluable if you have it. It is like the A+ (same company) but for networks. I know a lot of employers like it when you have it. If you dont have it, it is a nice certification to have. But at $250+ for the tests I dont know if it is really worth it. For the same ammount of cash you can take either a couple of CISCO certs, MS certs or linux certs. But if an employer is paying for it. GO FOR IT. James Collins
