How use SQLJ in Javaserver Page with Jdeveloper?

In Jdeveloper, when I create a new object (click to New (in file menu)) , there are only SQLJ File Object and JSP File Object. But I want to create a JSP which use sqlj. I tried with JSP object. It don't work, because IT's a SQLJSP Object which must be created. Then, the SQLJSP File must be compiled firstly in SQLJFile , and secondly , in JAVA and CLASS file.
How configure Jdeveloper to do this??? I use Jdeveloper 3.1.1.2. Could I help me?
