How use SQLJ in Javaserver Page with Jdeveloper?

In Jdeveloper, when I create a new object (click to New (in file menu)) , there are only SQLJ File Object and JSP File Object. But I want to create a SQLJ within JSP. I tried with JSP object. It don't work, because a SQLJSP file must be create. I use Jdeveloper 3.1.
Could I help me?
