How two convert AuditTimeStamp

We have in an SQL table with a AuditTimeStamp column. The field is 13 bytes long and looks like this 1074092602161. How do I convert that into a meaningful format?

What is the data type? More than likely it is a timestamp which is not convertable to anything meaningful.
