Hi everyone:

I´m new into meridian, and now I have this problem, I need to disconnect a FAX (5567) because it needs some reparations, but the user needs to get his faxes, so I need to send all the incomming FAXES from this DN (5567) to this one (5570), but I´m not sure about it is the same procedure than a TRANSFER key of a Digital Telephone, so I need to know what is the full procedure of deviation of the faxes...

Out the 1st TN in Ld 10, go to load 23 build a new ACD Q with the number of the outed TN, assign MAXP 1, and put the number of the 2nd fax in the NCFW prompt, hit return until you get back to REQ

Will the fax machine being repaired be re-installed at x5567? If yes, then go in LD 10 and change XFD in CLS to XFA. Now, using an analog set, call forward x5567 to x5570 by dialing #1 5567 and hang up. When the repaired fax machine is re-installed, again using an analog set, dial #1 and hang up to cancel call forward. If no, then use QCAD's suggestion.

I missed one thing. On x5567, also add FTR CFW 4 then you will be able to call forward to x5570.
