How to write to _existing_ Excel file with ASP

Hello!

Is it possible to write to excel file with ASP?

I have a script that gets data from the database and I wonder if it's possible to write this data to Excel file, which contains macro for chart generation (from the data got from the db).

If you have any examples or code snippets I would be pleased.
