how to write a very simple active x control, my first active x control

can any body help me,

i have to write a simple activex control using java script.

i just have to show an image or a graph, it should run on both ie and netscape.

i am new to active x, today only i started.

i need to know how to write .ocx file, where to keep it , on the server or local machine??

how to get the class id etc, very basic things

please help
