I need to write a program that runs 7 days per week at 9.00pm
I think i will have to write a Stored proc in SQL 2000 ..
Please guide me how to go about writing SP or provide an similar example.

I am not too sure about this but I think that you would need to write a stored procedure for the interaction with the database and a script you could place on a scheduled timer (every night at 9). I am very new to stored procedures and the only ones that I have written have simply passed in values and ran when I told them to. I think you need a script (.bat file).
