How to write a script?

Hi

I am little experienced in UNIX, but am not in Windows.

So, i have this problem.
In the folder "HomePage" there are 200 files. I need to change one single line in all those 200 files.

I know in Unix it would be a very simple script

Can I do the same in Windows NT?

Please help me with this.
