I am using cr 8.5. I have a requirement where I need to print multiple forms based on the number of records selected for the input criteria.

I think I need to write my query in the main Report and then call the subreport to print one form per record but I do not know how do I go about doing this.

Any one of you who has done this in past, or has some idea as to attempt that, please share your experience.

Thanks for your time.

Not sure what the problem is. If you want one form per record, can't you just put all the form's information in a multiple detail section and throw a page between records?
I'm not sure you need subreports Andrew Baines

Andrew,

Thanks for your reply. You are right. This is what I ended up doing. It was pretty straight forward. I should have updated my question though.

Thanks for taking time in asnwering Andrew.
