how to write 3 record on the same line? 1

I want to use CR 4.6 to write like this:
record1.text1 record2.text1 record3.text1
record4.text1 record5.text1 record6.text1
...
how can i do?

Under Format - Section, you will find a Details section option for "Format with multiple columns". Set the column width to a number that gives 3 columns (2.5 or so) and then set it to Across then Down. Ken Hamady
