Hello everyone. Perhaps this question have a large answer, but I'like you help me in any way you could :)

I have to code a program that makes use of telephony MX-ONE, for this, and I'm not in a mistake, I would have to use ApplicationLink 4.0, is that correct? What is not clear is if I need some extra tool to achieve my target, such as TSAPI or TAPI.

What is the relationship and the way the interact with each other? Do you know any manual or similar that explains how to work with these technologies?

Thank you very very much!

Hello again! Nobody knows how can I work with ApplicationLink? Directly or through any other technology?

Thank you!

it depends on what you want to do.

if the requirement is "make a call" then TAPI would suffice,
if you need to make a "server based call centre aplication" then TSAPI comes into the picture.

for TAPI integration you need these items installed on the client PC:

Application link client,
TAPI Converter

Thank you very much for your answer, Daddy!

So, If I understand you correctly, I can't operate directly with ApplicationLink, and I need work with TAPI or TSAPI to do it, am I right?

Would you tell me which is (or are) the main differences between TAPI and TSAPI?

Thank you very much again!
