How to view .rpt files from a URL in CR9?

1. Can anybody help me on how to view a .rpt file from a URL like we can do in CR 8 and below. For now, i'm calling my report by using URL i got from ePortfolio Lite:

http://badang2000/rassamples/en/asp...n+Server+9\Reports\KEDA\chart-jenisprojek.rpt

I'm thinkin of calling the rpt from a URL like <A Href=&quot;/Reports/myreport.rpt?prompt0=0&viewer=java&...&quot;>


2. Everytime I update my db, report shown still read from its cache eventhough i click my IE refresh button many times...how can I disable CR cache so that my report get updated result as soon as I changed data in my db?

In CE 8.5 there's a setting in the CMC which allows you to set Viewer Refeshe Always Hits Database, so the users should be able to hit the refresh and get the latest data, I'm not sure how to do it via URL.
