How to view Remote desktop session

Does anyone know if there is a way for someone at the host pc of a remote desktop session to view what the remote pc is doing? ie PcAnywhere.

I would just like to view what the remote user is doing and accessing. They come in via VPN to a win2003 server.

if ths is a case, you should use remote assistance instead of RDC.

You may use MMC "Terminal Service Manager" from "Administrative Tools".
Select your server in left pan, in right pan right-click session and select "remote control"
