I have been waiting 2 weeks for our accountant to print me out records of 2005 and 2006 sales and he finally told me this morning that he didn't know how to. So I'm wondering how I would be able to view and print sales records in mas 90 from years prior to 2007.

From the G/L? From A/R history? What level of detail do you want?

i'm not sure. i spent hours today going through mas 90 trying to find these reports. i have never used the program before and am finding it to be very non-user friendly.

what i'm wanting is a print out list of each customers' total business in those two particular years. i was given it for 2007, but no one knows how to get it for the other years.

Non-user friendly? I have people say all the time how intuitive it is. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Your best place to look is under A/R reports, invoice history report. If you are on 4.10 or above you can export that to Excel.

Or you can pull the detail data directly into Excel through ODBC.
