how to view .htaccess on Redhat 8.0 via WS_FTP?

I installed RH8.0 on linux server, now if I use WS_FTP to transfer files, I cannot see .htaccess file on linux server, so I cannot control this file remotely once it's created, in old version(RH6.0) I can view .htaccess through WS_FTP.
How can I view .htaccess, is something setting I missed?
