How to view caller-ID logs with ACS 5.0 system.

We recently moved from a dieing AT&T Partner system to an Avaya Parter ACS R5 system. Since we had previous experience with programming, getting the system up-and-running went smoothly.

However, the documentation is somewhat lacking when it comes to the various caller-ID features. The information shows up fine on our MLS-12D phones, so I know it's being read correctly.

The problem is that I have no idea how to review the names/numbers of previous callers. Any help would be appreciated.

The logging option is availble in your ACS ,However that option is not availble on the MLS phones,Its only will work with the Partner 18D and Partner 34D.Sorry for the Bad news. Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply. I was afraid that it would come down to the phones. Guess I'll have to see about getting a new phone or two...
